Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Risk & Audit, you will support Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit. You will manage reporting architecture, coordinate workflows, and shape materials for Board, client, committee, and executive audiences. This role connects department-wide reporting, operations, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and polish Board-level presentations and reporting materials
Manage calendars for 50+ annual deliverables
Coordinate reviews across three Corporate Risk & Audit branches
Prioritize competing requests and stakeholder requirements




Develop standardized templates and reporting quality standards

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
3+ years in reporting, communications, or project coordination
Advanced PowerPoint skills and Excel proficiency
Ability to simplify complex information for executives
Sound judgment managing confidential information independently
