As District Manager, you will oversee stores, employees, customer care, safety, and operational performance. Medigas, Linde Canada’s healthcare division, needs a leader with healthcare experience, robust communication, and coaching capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations across multiple stores within the region
Lead hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management

Requirements:
Healthcare designation such as RRT, RN, or LPN
At least five years of healthcare experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to travel frequently and support after-hours issues
