Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. Schedule includes on-call, weekends, and varies by business needs; 3–5 years of maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making ready tasks for recent move-ins, inventory management, documentation, and grounds upkeep. EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required.
