Your work will include life and health insurance, wealth products, recruiting, and business planning. You will report to the District Manager while collaborating with district, regional, and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through community contacts and referral sources
Support licensing studies, market identification, and business planning
Train advisors in products, sales processes, and client support
Coach prospecting, cross-selling,

Monitor activities, compliance measures, and production metrics
