Duties Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, bread, and other desserts
Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests and design specifications
Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures or cooking times as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective production and timely completion of orders
Skills Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
Creativity and artistic skills for cake decorating
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
