Technical Trainer prospect in Mississauga focused on heavy duty equipment instruction, curriculum development, and technician development programs.

Brandt seeks a Technical Trainer supporting Paccar, Peterbilt, and Cummins service technicians. The position develops instructional materials, delivers classroom and hands-on training, and coordinates programs with operations, warranty teams, dealerships, and OEMs. It also supports technician development paths across Brandt’s T&T; Dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop instructional and evaluation materials
Deliver classroom, hands-on, and online technical training
Schedule training with managers, coordinators, and administrators
Monitor OEM training metrics and trainee performance




Maintain current curricula, evaluations, and program materials

Requirements:
Journeyman certification in heavy duty equipment technology
Preferably hold an Interprovincial Red Seal designation
Mechanical, technical, analytical, and instructional design knowledge
Skilled communication and solid interpersonal skills
Ability to travel freely within North America

Support Brandt technicians through technical instruction, curriculum development, program coordination, and continuous improvement in Mississauga.
