Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare salad bar items, basic foods, and portions
- Create specialty sandwiches and salads to order
- Produce high volumes for daily meal counts




- Stock serving areas while minimizing leftovers and waste
- Operate meat slicers and knives safely

Requirements:

- Valid food safety certificate
- One year of hotel or restaurant sandwich and salad experience
- Excellent people skills and courteous customer interactions
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure
- Ability to work efficiently with little supervision
