This senior Change Management Lead role supports a large-scale HR Technology initiative across a global organization. You will develop adoption strategies, assess impacts and readiness, and partner with HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, and Operations. The work helps turn transformation plans into lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop enterprise change management and adoption strategies
Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments
Build relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
Develop governance frameworks, risk plans, and executive reporting




Lead readiness, adoption, implementation, and stabilization activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Eight-plus years of progressive change or transformation experience
Director-level enterprise transformation leadership experience
Large-scale LMS, HR Technology, or Digital Transformation implementation experience
Change Management or PMP Certification
