Key Responsibilities:
Deliver results across sales, conversion, traffic, and profitability KPIs
Support business plans and diagnose opportunities for recovery
Train team members and provide timely constructive feedback

Requirements:
Current and valid state Opticianry license
One or more years managing direct reports
High school graduation or equivalent
