You will own positioning, messaging, launches, and customer understanding across CaptivateIQ products. The role connects competitive research, storytelling, and go-to-market activation. You will also help shape portfolio strategy, roadmap input, and adoption through evidence-driven measurement.

Key Responsibilities:
Own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging
Lead customer, competitive, persona, and win-loss research
Partner with Sales, Services, and Enablement on field activation
Drive launches, tiering, investment, and measurement
Mentor teammates and contribute to marketing frameworks

Requirements:
Seven-plus years in B2B SaaS product marketing or management
Experience conducting customer discovery and influencing product decisions
Comfort with technical products and technical teams
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
Structured, evidence-driven research and measurement approach
