ParaMed provides a paid, three-week, in-class training program for Home Support Workers. Successful completion makes you eligible for full-time hours and advantages. You will support patients at home through meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, hygiene care, and basic daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel between patient residences for several daily home visits
- Prepare meals and assist patients during mealtimes
- Complete basic housekeeping duties in patient homes
- Provide companionship and support patient well-being
- Assist with showering, bathing, and personal hygiene

Requirements:

- Compassionate approach with strong listening skills
- Willingness to visit residences within a designated area
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Valid driver license and access to a vehicle
