Lead steel structure production in Trois-Rivières through personnel management, technical drawing interpretation, and coordinated on-site execution. This permanent full time role follows a Monday-to-Friday day shift.As Production Team Leader, you supervise multiple workers on assigned jobs and coordinate steel structure manufacturing. You distribute tasks efficiently while following priorities established with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
