As an Optical Associate, you will welcome patients and guide eyewear decisions tailored to lifestyle needs. The position includes interpreting prescriptions, taking measurements, processing payments, and supporting contact lens services. Previous optical or retail experience is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients in person, by phone, and email
- Explain eyewear options and assist with frame selection
- Interpret prescriptions and complete frame and facial measurements
- Coordinate appointments and prepare prescription printouts




- Manage payments, repairs, adjustments, and contact lens orders

Requirements:

- Previous optical or retail experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
