You will lead analysis, guide actuarial analysts, and deliver technical client work. The team serves Investments and Retirement and Health and Perks businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, delegate, and review analysis and client work
Perform retirement and post-retirement perks actuarial valuations
Prepare accounting disclosures, expense projections, and valuation reports
Design pension plans using cash flow modelling
Develop defined benefit volatility management strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field
Three or more years’ pension experience
Superior analytical skills and working Excel knowledge
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
French and English communication and presentation skills
