As a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator, you will support baseline schedule development, progress updates, and schedule health reporting. The position involves construction planning across pursuits and active projects, with exposure to project delivery methods including Lump Sum, Design Build, Construction Management, and Unit Price. You will also help maintain project data and respond to schedule changes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with developing CPM logic-generated baseline project schedules
Support planning sessions and RFP responses during pursuits
Evaluate construction progress and complete regular schedule updates




Prepare schedule health reports and maintain project schedule logs
Track productivity rates, lead times, risks, and schedule impacts

Requirements:
Two years of construction scheduling experience or equivalent training
Familiarity with multiple construction project delivery methods
Ability to coordinate multiple schedules under pressure
Ability to resolve schedule conflicts
Knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
