As a Hospitality Aide, you will help create meaningful dining, social, housekeeping, and recreational experiences. The position supports resident lifestyle needs within a person-directed care model rooted in the Eden Alternative philosophy. You will collaborate with residents, family members, and Employee Care Partners while reporting to the Food Services Supervisor. Solid communication, teamwork, and attention to detail support this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide services consistent with Well-Being Strategies
- Facilitate hospitality experiences with the Community team




- Solicit feedback and implement Care Partner suggestions
- Prepare required reports and checklists
- Respond to service concerns and Community issues

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or recognized equivalent required
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Teamwork and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds
