The Concierge reports to the General Manager or Administration Manager and helps maintain welcoming, productive community operations. This role supports residents, visitors, contractors, and team members through customer service, scheduling, records, transportation arrangements, and timely communication. Person-centered care guides daily interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome residents, visitors, and team members warmly
Direct callers, visitors, and contractors to appropriate contacts
Coordinate resident appointments and transportation arrangements
Support move-in, move-out, tour,



and event scheduling
Report safety, maintenance, equipment, and operational concerns

Requirements:
One year of administrative or similar experience minimum
Approachable, respectful, tactful communication style
Robust writing, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and cooperatively
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
