The Associate Director, Culture & Workforce Capability reports to the VP People & Culture. This senior role advances a people-centered, values-driven, future-skills-ready culture through employee lifecycle initiatives, learning experiences, and change management. It partners with leaders, People & Culture colleagues, and employees. Key Responsibilities: Champion refreshed values across programs, leadership practices, and workplace experiences Design employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle Lead employee listening through surveys, focus groups, and feedback forums Facilitate culture, inclusion, engagement,
