Build finance experience remotely with Excel, data validation, and systems testing at RFNOW during a part-time, three-month student term. Report to the Corporate Controller while supporting projects across Finance and Governance.
This student prospect suits someone enrolled in or recently finished post-secondary accounting, finance, business, or a related program. You will work with FP&A; Capital Allocation, Project Governance, and Accounting Operations. Projects include reporting validation, tax support, reconciliations, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction information in business systems
- Validate management reporting data and investigate documented variances
- Support indirect tax spreadsheets and reconciliations
- Test purchasing,
accounts payable, expenses, and inventory processes
- Organize electronic records using consistent naming conventions
Requirements:
- Current or recent post-secondary accounting, finance, or business studies
- Excel skills and comfort learning business systems
- Interest in using AI tools for automation
- Sharp attention to detail when numbers do not match
- Self-directed organization for remote time management
