The Customer Delivery Specialist manages business customer orders and leads standard project deployments. You will coordinate wireline solutions, IP technology, SIP, and Managed Wi-Fi onboarding. The work supports delivery milestones, sales, and customer service across Rogers Business lines.

Key Responsibilities:
Validate Clean Order Package requests through Salesforce
Coordinate internal and external resources for delivery requirements
Facilitate status meetings and oversee project milestones
Communicate firm installation dates with customers




Coordinate field technicians and billing activation closure

Requirements:
Two or more years in telecommunications, preferably business to business
Knowledge of Rogers Business services, products, and procedures
Knowledge of Ethernet, IP, SIP, MPLS, and Wi-Fi
Proficiency with CBS, Salesforce TOM, and unified desktop
Related post-secondary technology or telecommunications education
