Lead business-aligned analytics delivery at OLG, using stakeholder partnership and business intelligence to strengthen decision-making. This is a fully onsite position.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will guide analytics initiatives from intake through delivery, adoption, and value realization. The work includes reporting, performance measurement, data products, self-service capabilities, and analytics best practices. You will collaborate with Strategic Analytics, Data Governance, Data Platforms, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate stakeholder priorities into analytics roadmaps and reporting solutions
Establish trusted KPI frameworks, performance measures, and reporting standards
Develop dashboards, scorecards, business intelligence, and portfolio data products




Coach analysts and promote reusable analytical assets and self-service capabilities
Support adoption of enterprise data products and AI-enabled capabilities

Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in a related field
Five-plus years of progressive analytics or business intelligence experience
Experience partnering with stakeholders on analytics initiatives and recommendations
Experience delivering dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and reporting
Skills in data analytics, measurement, and stakeholder relationship management
