Are you a dispatcher or freight broker who loves negotiating rates and building carrier relationships? We're hiring a Freight Dispatcher / Broker to join a growing 3PL team in Georgetown, ON.

What you'll do

- Book freight and source new trucking companies and carriers
- Negotiate competitive carrier rates to get the best deal for clients
- Schedule and coordinate incoming calls and loads
- Keep customers and carriers updated from pickup to delivery
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Manage communication across your assigned territories What we're looking for
- 1+ year of dispatching, freight brokerage or 3PL experience
- Strong negotiation and phone skills
- Customer-first attitude and great communication, both written and verbal
- Organized and able to juggle multiple loads at once
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Bonus if you've used Salesforce/Revenova, Loadlink or a similar TMS or load board What you'll get
