Organizational Change Enablement Specialists at Day & Ross build adoption through stakeholder assessments, communications, and practical enablement plans. This full time role is based in Hartland, NB, onsite three days weekly.

Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, you will guide people-centered change across Day & Ross. The work includes change narratives, leader toolkits, learning experiences, and feedback loops. You will partner with HR, business leaders, project teams, and Communications/Marketing to support confident movement toward future ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead stakeholder and change impact assessments for priority projects
Develop communications, enablement, and sustainment approaches supporting adoption
Create talking points, FAQs, job aids, demos,



and learning experiences
Gather feedback and adoption metrics to identify barriers
Embed accessibility and inclusion into change plans

Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
Experience leading stakeholders through organizational change
Ability to facilitate workshops with wide-ranging audiences
Explicit written and verbal communication skills
Strong project, priority, analytical, and detail management
