Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to technicians and distributors
Prioritize requests through the designated ticketing system
Analyze equipment failures and recommend solutions




Train teams on products and the Business Portal
Develop the service department’s yearly training plan

Requirements:
Robust technical air compressor knowledge
Electrical diagnostics skills and technical education
Customer or distributor communication experience
Robust computer literacy and communication skills
