Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide protected, ethical nursing care. Support patients and loved ones managing clinical conditions and transitions. Help maximize self-care, psychosocial, spiritual, communicative, and interpretive abilities while serving as a care-team resource.

Requirements:
Valid College of Nurses of Ontario registration certificate
