The Quality Control Supervisor oversees daily laboratory operations and testing accuracy for aggregates through cement. You will supervise personnel schedules, validate customer reports, and maintain product compliance. The role also requires coordination with production, maintenance, and site management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily laboratory operations and personnel scheduling
Ensure materials meet technical specifications and agency requirements
Oversee laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance schedules
Validate quality reports distributed to customers




Coordinate plant availability, throughput, and technical project requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering or related field
Minimum five years in laboratory or quality-controlled industrial settings
Quality control experience with material properties and geochemistry
Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and SAP proficiency
Data analysis, reporting, communication, and equipment maintenance skills
