Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in twice-weekly rounds for quality improvement
• Manage 20-26 inpatients during shifts

• Coordinate community care upon patient discharge

Requirements:
• MD with Family Practice specialization
• Experience or training in hospitalist roles
• Solid collaboration skills with healthcare providers
• Ability to utilize an EMR for patient records
• Availability for on-call overnight support
