VitalHub’s Project Manager oversees software projects across healthcare facilities, from initiation through completion. You will coordinate providers, vendors, and cross-functional teams while managing scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. The work supports adoption and effective use of VitalHub solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple software deployment and upgrade projects
Develop plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations
Manage client relationships, updates, expectations, and requirements
Track budgets, revenue recognition, planned hours, and actual hours
Identify risks,



resolve issues, and present project reports

Requirements:
Proven Project Manager experience in Information Technology
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Solid Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project knowledge
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Robust organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
