Beryl Mining Services is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to support mine infrastructure and specialists at an operating mine facility. Candidates may be based in Calgary or Edmonton for a one-week-in, one-week-off FIFO roster. The work includes dams, roads, buildings, pipelines, waste storage, ore stockpiles, and reclamation features.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out geotechnical investigations for mine infrastructure
Install instruments and complete construction quality assurance
Assist with subsurface investigation planning and supervision
Support dams, roads, buildings, and related construction




Provide engineering support to senior personnel
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
APEGA registration as Skilled Engineer or Engineer-in-Training
Experience with soil mechanics and rock mechanics
Ability to interpret, analyze, and correlate data
Skilled Engineer designation preferred or achievable
Bring investigation, infrastructure, and quality assurance capabilities to mining construction support on a Fort McMurray FIFO roster.
