As a 2P Order Operations Consultant, you will manage daily operational requests and help improve post-purchase customer experiences. The work includes vendor operations, dropship execution, order investigations, and cross-functional coordination. You will monitor exceptions, document issues, and surface prospects for reporting, automation, or process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbox activity involving vendors, orders, stores, and escalations
Triage requests, investigate order status, and coordinate resolutions
Resolve order and vendor issues or escalate complex concerns
Monitor availability, aged orders, ASNs, cancellations, and exceptions




Support carrier tracking and identify recurring operational gaps

Requirements:
Two to four years of related operations experience
Experience managing high-volume inboxes and time-sensitive escalations
Experience working with vendors, stores, or contact centre teams
Robust problem-solving skills and appropriate escalation judgment
Detail-oriented organization with consistent follow-up and documentation
