Aerotek seeks an experienced Structures Technician for an MRO setting supporting B737s, C-130s, helicopters, and business jets. You will work independently while leading hangar-floor projects involving structural repairs, sheet metal, and major modification programs. The position requires accurate maintenance documentation and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform heavy structural repairs, modifications, and sheet metal work
Support B737 conversions and heavy maintenance checks
Repair and install frames, ribs, doublers, mounts, and brackets
Coordinate project tasks, resources,



and timelines on hangar floors
Travel across Canada and internationally as required

Requirements:
Five-plus years of aircraft structures experience in MRO or AMO
Five-plus years of heavy modification and C-check experience
Solid aircraft sheet metal and structural repair skills
Experience with B737s, C-130s, helicopters, and business jets
Own structures-related tools and lead projects with minimal supervision
