Free Will Players Theatre Guild in Edmonton seeks a energetic Managing Director to lead the company into its 28th year. The successful candidate reports to the Board and collaborates with the Artistic Director.

Key duties include fundraising, HR and staffing, budgeting, marketing, audience development and daily operations. The role requires robust leadership, financial acumen and the ability to work with staff and volunteers.
