This full time senior bookkeeper runs Coywolf Aviation’s day-to-day books in QuickBooks Online. The work covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. Key Responsibilities:
Book accounts payable with accurate accounts, GST/HST codes, and classes
Monitor payments and banking details, flagging unusual activity promptly
Record bank transactions daily to keep books current
Manage receivables and maintain current client accounts




Reconcile bank accounts and company Visa cards monthly

Requirements:
Three or more years as a full-cycle bookkeeper
Advanced hands-on QuickBooks Online skills are required
