Job Description
Hands-on experience supporting Akamai CDN services in a production setting.
Experience with Akamai Property Manager, configuration versioning, staging, and production activation.
Ability to troubleshoot across CDN, network, application, and origin server layers.
Familiarity with Akamai security services.
Experience using monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Linux and troubleshooting tools such as curl, dig, and openssl.
Experience with incident management, change management, and root cause analysis.
Robust communication skills and experience coordinating production issue resolution
