As Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, develop employees, grow sales, and build customer and vendor relationships. You will drive performance, profitability, operational excellence, and team engagement while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Lead, coach, and develop branch employees

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business or Electrical studies preferred
Leadership experience managing a branch or comparable operation
Solid sales and business development skills
Financial management, budgeting, and operational experience
Business systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
