Key Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant P&L; toward desired financial outcomes
Review P&L; lines to increase restaurant profitability
Drive sales through guest service and operations management
Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and certification training

Requirements:
At least eighteen years of age
High School Diploma or GED required
Two years of college preferred
One to two years restaurant management experience
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts
