Key Responsibilities:
Inspect locomotive electrical systems and diagnose issues
Perform preventative maintenance on locomotives and Cando equipment
Complete low and high voltage electrical repairs
Track inspections, repairs, maintenance, and required logs
Diagnose problems using diagrams,
schematics, and testing devices
Requirements:
Proficiency with electrical systems and locomotive repairs
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload independently
Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and required safety certifications
Willingness to work indoors or outdoors in all weather
