Support home-based peritoneal dialysis patients as a part time Band 6 Specialist Nurse with Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Based at Churchill Hospital, you will work independently within a small, nurse-led team. You will provide education, assessment, treatment support, and guidance across Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach patients self-care using adult learning theories
Review patients at home and manage complications
Manage a home dialysis patient caseload
Support patients across Churchill, John Radcliffe, and NOC
Participate in quality improvement and infection audits

Requirements:
Passion for renal nursing and patient experience
Valuable assessment and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently, flexibly, and professionally
Commitment to high standards of patient care
Driving licence and access to a car
