This Field Computer Specialist maintains systems for U-Haul entities within an assigned area. The work includes user support, training, security monitoring, compliance coordination, and vendor escalation. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain maximum uptime for computer systems and broadband connectivity
Implement and maintain field computer systems across assigned entities
Support and train users as needed
Distinguish user errors from vendor-escalated software problems
Coordinate solutions for security gaps and compliance issues
Requirements:
Experience with administration and wide-ranging technology systems
Experience with computers, printers, storage gates, and alarm systems
Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be 18 or older
Ability to move a minimum of 50 pounds
