You will work with executives, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams while applying project governance, change management, and risk mitigation. The role supports Toromont Cat, a Caterpillar equipment dealer with locations across Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise projects from planning through business ownership transition
Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness
Partner with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Support communications,

Manage vendor accountability, quality, and issue resolution

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
8+ years leading complex enterprise projects or transformations
Essential Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
Expertise in governance, RAID, dependencies, reporting, and change control
Solid stakeholder, vendor management, communication, and facilitation skills
