This senior consulting role guides complex Staffbase implementations from discovery through launch. You will shape solution architecture, security, and integrations across Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP. The position combines technical workshops, executive presentations, project management, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design and rollout plans for enterprise implementations
Run discovery workshops with IT, security, and business stakeholders
Oversee integrations across multi-system and multi-region landscapes
Guide customers using Staffbase APIs and SDKs
Troubleshoot implementation issues through logs and command line
Requirements:
Skilled fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish
Five-plus years in development, consulting, services, or sales engineering
Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS deployments
Robust integration, solution architecture, and security grounding
HTML, CSS, and one language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Node.js
Bring enterprise architecture, integration, security, and bilingual communication expertise to Staffbase customer rollouts.
