This intermediate-level Project Manager will manage assignments involving hazardous building materials, asbestos, designated substances, mould, indoor air quality, or occupational hygiene. The work includes planning, fieldwork, reporting, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables. Candidates with strength in one discipline are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage consulting projects from proposals through completion
Coordinate hazardous materials and mould investigations
Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables
Prepare technical reports, proposals,



and recommendations
Coordinate technicians, consultants, and subcontractors

Requirements:
Ideally five or more years of relevant experience
Project management or project coordination experience
Experience with hazardous materials or occupational hygiene
Solid organizational, communication, and reporting skills
Relevant post-secondary education is preferred
