Deliver inpatient pharmaceutical care at Peterborough Regional Health Centre in Peterborough, ON, using pharmacy knowledge and solid communication skills. This full time, temporary position supports selected outpatients.
The Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to inpatients and pharmacy services to selected outpatients at PRHC. The position participates in medication dispensing and serves as a medication resource for health centre personnel and patients. This temporary fixed-term appointment ends December 26, 2027, and requires English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pharmaceutical care to hospital inpatients
Deliver pharmacy services to selected outpatients
Participate in medication dispensing activities
Act as a medication resource for personnel and patients
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy
Current Ontario license to practice
Hospital pharmacy residency or equivalent experience preferred
Working knowledge of pharmacy-related operations
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
