Our rapidly growing client is looking for insurance professionals like you to join their Commercial Insurance Service Team. This position is based in Quebec City.

Competitive base salary starting at $60,000+ per year, depending on experience
25% commission on your sales

35-hour work week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What You'll Do
Advise clients on insurance products offered by various insurers, including consultation, recommendations, and sales
Complete reports, documentation, and insurance forms
Maintain and update client files and records
Manage a Producer's book of business valued at approximately $2.5 million
Negotiate with both clients and insurance carriers
Handle client service requests, policy changes, and renewals
Who You Are
Hold a valid AMF Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance License
Have at least one year of experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker
Energetic, empathetic, and an excellent communicator who can quickly build trust with clients
Fast learner with strong organizational and time-management skills
Client-focused and motivated to provide outstanding service
