As an Account Manager, you will oversee existing customers for an asset-based cross-border carrier operating more than 140 trucks. The focus is retaining relationships while growing freight, lanes, volume, and rates. Success requires regular communication, practical problem-solving, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for existing shipper accounts
Build relationships through regular customer check-ins and reviews
Resolve service issues with dispatch and update customers
Identify current lanes, volume, and rate opportunities
Manage rate reviews, renewals, and customer requirements

Requirements:
Two or more years in account management or customer success
Transportation or logistics experience preferred
Calm, reliable, and service-minded customer approach
Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
Comfort with numbers, rates, and margins; second language an asset
