This Software QA Tester role supports quality across Bluedrop Training & Simulation solutions and products. You will write test cases and plans, apply QA methodologies, and document software issues. The work includes manual and automated testing, coverage analysis, and collaboration with developers and systems engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, document, and ensure resolution of software issues
Develop and maintain functional test cases and test artifacts
Execute manual and automated testing across product requirements




Report product quality and release readiness
Improve testability with developers and systems engineers

Requirements:
College diploma or university degree in a related field
Two years of software testing experience, including test cases
Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing techniques
Proficiency writing test cases, plans, and bug reports
Ability to obtain Government of Canada security clearance
