The Operations Specialist supports automotive dealerships in improving service operations, customer experience, and overall performance. You will assess operations, coach dealership staff, and implement best practices. The work includes developing improvement plans, monitoring progress, and supporting business objectives.

Requirements:
Automotive dealership, fixed operations, or aftersales experience
Solid coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building skills
