As a Production Planning Coordinator, you will assist the Production Planner with demand forecasts and capacity planning. The work includes communicating schedule updates, monitoring production timelines, and coordinating procurement and warehouse activities. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and inventory management is key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with demand forecasts and capacity planning analysis
- Monitor production workflow, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate component availability with procurement and warehouse teams
- Flag raw material and finished goods discrepancies




- Identify production-floor process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Two years’ experience in manufacturing coordination or planning
- Relevant supply chain or operations qualification advantageous
- Basic manufacturing process and inventory management familiarity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance onsite and remote responsibilities
