Lead commercial strategy, contracts, and risk management for Turner & Townsend’s client program, working in office in Saskatoon three to four days weekly. Support major infrastructure or real estate projects through commercial analysis and stakeholder leadership.
As Commercial Manager, you will develop project-aligned strategies, improve profitability, and guide financial decisions. The role covers contract negotiation, claims, cost forecasting, change control, procurement support, and executive reporting. You will also lead commercial professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop commercial strategies aligned with project objectives
Lead contract preparation, negotiation, and administration
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage scope changes, variations,
and change control
Provide commercial guidance and executive-level reporting
Requirements:
Ten or more years in commercial management
Bachelor’s degree in law, business, engineering, or related field
Experience with large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects
Contract negotiation, claims, and dispute resolution experience
Availability for in office work in Saskatoon three to four days weekly
