This Network Operations Analyst supports data, voice, and video communications across local, field, and global wide-area networks. You will operate, maintain, and protect infrastructure while applying ITIL practices. The work includes routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, wireless networks, and remote-access VPN services.

Key Responsibilities:
Triage network incidents and problems using ITIL-aligned operational practices
Troubleshoot and escalate network infrastructure issues
Support network changes across hardware and software technologies

Requirements:
